Some of the area's best restaurants have been well-served by Chef Jeremy's talents. He was the Head Chef at The Royal Scam when it won the Lagniappe Award for 'Best New Restaurant' and 'Best Privately Owned Restaurant', as well as Guido's when it won the Lagniappe Award for 'Best Privately Owned Restaurant' and 'Best Bar'. The Spot of Tea won the Lagniappe 'Best Local Brunch' Award when Chef Jeremy was the restaurant's Head Chef.
Chef Jeremy attended the Culinary Arts program at Bishop State Culinary School in Mobile. He's been in the restaurant business for 18 years, starting as a bus boy and working his way up to Head Chef.
