Our Chef, Christopher B. Willis, with over 14 years experience in the restaurant industry, has worked alongside such chefs as Harold Balink, of the Miami region, Norman Hart C.E.C. C.C.E (ACF chef instructor of the year ) and Scott Schmucker C.E.C. C.C.E. former personal chef to U2 and Pittsburgh Steelers.
At POSH Restaurant and Supper Club, Chef Willis prepared entrees for celebrities: Patti Labelle, Lorraine Bracco, Denzel Washington, Smokey Robinson, Forest Whitaker, Robert De Niro and many more throughout his culinary career.
A freshly prepared breakfast and dinner are offered daily in the Grist Mill.
The Pavilion Pantry convenience mart offers sundries, an assortment of beverages and ready-to-cook meals bound for the in-room microwave oven or refrigerator.
Beverages are served in the cozy Pavilion Lounge and select properties also offer a full bar.
