Our bell staff is happy to hold luggage for our guests, both before you check in and after you check out. However, we cannot hold luggage overnight, even if you are returning to stay at our Central Park hotel. We appreciate your understanding.

Mail Receiving

All unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender after you check out. The hotel does not assume responsibility for packages of guests whose reservations are canceled or not honored.
