Every step to success needs a good support structure. Our Midtown East hotel near Rockefeller Center features complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour Business Center, complimentary fitness center and a full-service restaurant on the property providing everything you need to make your Manhattan Midtown stay a successful one.
Our bell staff are happy to hold luggage for our guests, both before you check-in and after you check-out. We cannot however, hold luggage overnight, even if you are returning to stay at our Midtown East hotel.
The Hilton Garden Inn hotel will only accept personal mail & packages delivered to the hotel for up to 7 days preceding arrival. All unclaimed packages will be returned to the original sender after check out. The hotel does not assume responsibility for packages of guests whose reservations are canceled or not honored. To ensure your package is properly received, stored & delivered, all items should be addressed to the primary guest name on your hotel reservation. There is a $5 per day/per package fee.
