The Great American Grill is the on-site restaurant of the Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Polaris. Specializing in classic American cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere, the Great American Grill is open to the public for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is located on the lobby level of the hotel, and includes a bar and patio.

The Pavilion Pantry convenience mart offers sundries, an assortment of beverages and ready-to-cook meals bound for the in-room microwave oven or refrigerator.

The Pavilion Lounge is adjacent to the Great American Grill, and has nightly drink specials, as well as a happy hour Monday through Friday. The bar features a wide variety of imported and domestic beer, along with premium brand liquor, and specialty drinks. The bar also has complimentary snacks available to all guests.
